Episode 67:  American newspapers don't care about literacy  (Wednesday, October 12, 2022)

Logically, newspapers would promote reading with all their strength. But they don't. Where does the illogic come in? Apparently the media and the education system have been entangled for a very long time. So it's not illogic so much as chicanery. They are both engaged in a common hustle, that is, taking down this country. If the media were really patriotic, you would see weekly attacks on what passes for education in our public schools.

********Early on, phonics is misspoken physics. Sorry.

The big education picture. It's not enough to kill reading. The socialist professors also want to kill knowledge. The less that people know, the easier it is to fool them.
